Catastophic Hail Storm Impacts Fort Worth, Texas

A Supercell thunderstorm struck the densely populated city of Fort Worth, Texas Today with hail over 2". Over 500,000 people were affected by 1" hail or larger and +200,000 households were affected by by hail 1" of larger. Over 90,000 homes were affected by Ping Pong Ball (1.50") hail or larger. This is one of the most destructive hails storms we have seen in quite some time. We are still calculating the StormCost™ values, but will clearly be will be well north of $350,000,000
